About DealerSoftware

DealerSoftware is a modern dealer management system built specifically for UK car dealers — designed to scale with you, from your first listing to your thousandth.

Why we built DealerSoftware

We built DealerSoftware because we couldn't find one ourselves.

As car dealers, we ran our own forecourts and tried every dealer management system we could find. Most fell into one of three buckets: charging eye-watering monthly fees that only made sense for the largest groups; missing the practical features we needed every day; or built on ageing tech that felt like running a 2026 business with 2005 software.

So we built the platform we wanted — designed for UK dealers, priced fairly, and modern from the ground up. Every feature exists because we needed it on our own forecourt first.

Who DealerSoftware is for

DealerSoftware is built to scale with your dealership — whether you're selling your first car this month or running a multi-site operation with thousands of vehicles in stock.

  • Larger dealers and dealer groups managing 100+ vehicles across one or more sites, with proper sales workflows, invoicing, VAT and reporting.
  • Workshop owners (coming soon) — service, MOT and parts management built for UK garages.
