Common questions
What happens after the 14-day trial?
Your card is automatically charged on day 15 unless you cancel before then. You can cancel any time from your billing portal — no questions asked.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and you're charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing period. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current period.
Is there any commitment?
No. All plans are rolling monthly subscriptions. Cancel any time.
Do you offer a Workshop plan?
Yes — Workshop is £99/month standalone, and any sales plan can add the Workshop module for an extra £99/month. Combined plans unlock the sales/workshop toggle inside the app.
What are bolt-ons?
Optional add-ons that stack alongside your plan — extra vehicles (from £50/mo) and extra staff (from £20/mo). Add or remove them any time from your billing tab; Stripe automatically prorates.
What if my payment fails?
We'll let you know straight away and your account goes into read-only mode for up to 7 days. As soon as you update your card, full access is restored automatically. Your public dealer website is unaffected throughout.
Will my data be safe?
Yes. Your data is held securely on encrypted UK servers, never sold to third parties, and exportable any time. We're GDPR-compliant by design.
